piṟṉ (p. 319) s. [pl. பிறர்.] Another person, some other one, any other one, மற்றையான். 2. A stranger, an alien, அன்னியன். 3. A neighbor, அயலான், (c.) பிறன்பொருள்,s. Property of another. பிறன்கோட்கூறல், v. noun. [in literature.] Adopting the sentiments, &c., of another author, முப்பத்திரண்டுத்தியினொன்று. பிறனில்--பிறன்மனை, s. Neighbor's house, or ground. 2. [fig.] Neighbor's wife, அயலவன்மனைவி. பிறனில்விழையாமை, s. Not coveting another's wife. (குறள்.) பிறன்மனையாள்மேலாசைப்பட, inf. To covet another man's wife. பிறன்மனைவிரும்பாமை, neg. v. noun. Not desiring another man's wife. 8)

vāẕaikkuttāṉīṉṟkāykūṟṟm (p. 58) . The fruit which the plantain tree produces leads to its destruction. ஈனாக்கதிர், s. An ear of corn in the shoot. ஈனாக்குமரி, s. A young woman who has not borne children. ஈனாமலடு, s. A barren cow, or buffalo. ஈனாமாடு, s. A cow or buffalo which has not had a calf. ஈனாவரக்கி, s. A cruel, merciless woman. ஈனுமணிமை, s. Ceremonial uncleanness after child-birth, சூதகம். (சது.) ஈன்றமாடு, s. A cow of buffalo that has calved. உ உகந்தாவளிக்கும். Who cheerfully tends the cows. (மறைசை.) உரையாடியெற்குகந்து. Please to tell me. (தீ. 53.) கைமாறுகவாமல். Not desiring a recompense. (நன்னெறி.) உகந்தசெய்தி, s. Pleasing intelligence, glad tidings, news. உகந்தது, s. An acceptable or delightful thing. உகந்தவன், s. One who is pleased or satisfied. 2. A favorite, one of congenial sentiments. உகப்பு--உகவை, v. noun. Pleasure, joy, மகிழ்ச்சி. 43)
