nṉṟi (p. 272) s. [vul. நண்ணி.] Goodness, நன் மை. 2. A good, a benefit, a kindness, a favor, பட்சம். 3. Gratitude, செய்நன்றி; [ex நல்.] (c.) நன்றிகெட, inf. To be ungrateful. நன்றிகெட்டவன்--நன்றியற்றவன்--நன் றியில்லாதவன். appel. n. An ungrateful man. நன்றிகொல்லுதல்-நன்றிகோறல், v. noun. Being ungrateful, (lit.) slaying benefits, செய்நன்றிமறத்தல். (p.) See கொல், v. நன்றிசொல்ல, inf. To acknowledge benefits, to thank. நன்றிநினைக்க, inf. To remember benefits, to be grateful. நன்றிமறத்தல், v. noun. Forgetting benefits. நன்றிமறப்பதுநன்றன்றுநன்றல்லதன்றேமறப்பது நன்று. To forget a benefit is bad; to forget an injury is good. நன்றிமறவேல். Forget not a benefit. (Avu.) நா நாவெடுக்கவில்லை.
