aẕi (p. 32) கிறேன், ந்தேன், வேன், அழிய, v. n. To decay, degenerate, perish, be corrupted, ruined, wasted, blighted, effaced, obliterated, abolished, demolished, annihilated, கெட. 2. To fail (as a promise), be frustrated as a hope, &c., be refuted, தவற. அழிகரு, s. Abortion, கருவழிவு. அழிகுட்டி, s. A miscarriage, an abortion applied chiefly to brutes--the casting of the young, வயிற்றில்மரித்தது. அழிந்தோரைநிறுத்தல், v. noun. One of the eight constituent parts of virtue, அறத்துறுப்பு. அழிபுண், s. A foul ulcer, ஆறாப் புண். (M. Dic.) அழிமதி, s. Waste, extravagance, malicious intention, கெடுபுத்தி. அழிமுதல், s. Waste of property, as of capital, principal, &c. முதலழிவு. அழிம்பு, s. [vul.] The nin-payment of a debt or the non-restoration of another's property from dishonest motives, புரட்டு. 2. Ruin, devastation, injury, damage, கேடு. என்னுடையமைக்கழிம்புபேசுகிறான். He talks of destroying my property. அழிம்புசெய்ய, inf. To damage a thing. 2. To debauch a woman. அழிம்பன், s. [vul.] A spendthrift, a profligate, ஊதாரி. 2. One who makes excuses for not paying debts, restoring property, &c., புரட்டன். அழியாதபத்தினி, s. A name of D'hurupary, the wife of the Pandu princes. அழியாமுதல், s. Property devoted or entailed in perpetuity to a temple or other charity, நிலையான ஆஸ்தி. 2. God, கடவுள். அழியாமை, neg. v. noun. Incorruption, immortality, imperishableness, கெடாமை. அழிவழக்கு, s. An unjust lawsuit, a groundless prosecution, a frivolous or groundless defence, a lost lawsuit, அநி யாயவழக்கு. கற்பழியாதபெண், s. A pure virgin. அழிகை, v. noun. Destruction, decay, ruin, சிதைவு. அழிவு, v. noun. Decay, injury, ruin, loss, desolation, the act of perishing. கேடு. 2. That which has perished of itself, கெட்டது. 3. Fault, immorality, (in a restricted sense,) deviation from rule, குற்றம். அன்றுகண்டமேனிக்கழிவில்லை. Just the same appearance as before. அழிவின்மை, neg. v. noun. Freedom from decay. அழிவுகாலம், s. The time of a universal deluge and destruction at the end of an age, யுகமுடிவு. கடையழிதல், v. noun. Suffering extremely. நிறையழிதல், v. noun. Being disheartened, dispirited, without hope. 7)

I know the stock and ramifications of his family. இதற்கெத்தனைகொத்துச்செல்லும். How many masons does this require. கொத்தடிமை, s. A slave of the original stock. கொத்தடிமைக்குடியடிமை, s. A slave in a branch of the original stock. கொத்தலரி, s. A species of the oleamder. கொத்தழிய, inf. To lie waste or desolate; to be in ruins, நிர்மூலமாக. கொத்தவரை, s. A kind of bean. கொத்துக்கத்தரி, s. A kind of brinjal. கொத்துச்சரப்பளி, s. A kind of gold chain for the neck; also written கொத்துச் சரப்பணி. கொத்துச்சரம், s. Fine strings of small golden beads. கொத்துத்தாழ்வடம், s. Fine strings of small sacred beads, interspersed with red coral, and united at the ends by a large sacred bead embedded in gold. கொத்துப்பசளை, s. A plant, ஓர்பசளை. கொத்துப்புடல், s. [loc.] Partly unfinished. கொத்துக்காரன், s. [local.] The head of a company of laborers--as of those engaged in reaping. கொத்துணி, s. [prov.] A slave owned in common by several. 2. A section in the poem of பிரபுலிங்கலீலை. சூனியக்காரன், s. fem. சூனியக்காரி.) A wizard, sorcerer, enchanter. சூனியம்பண்ண--சூனியஞ்செய்ய, inf. To be witch, to work witchcraft. 2. To injure, destroy, defile, annihilate, ruin. சூனியதிசை, s. The S. E. point of the compass, bring by some astrological or other influence deemed unpropitious. 2. The direction or side in which the breath does not pass from the nostril, right or left, at any given time. See. சரம். சூனியநிதி, s. A phasis of the moon, which, when a similar one occurs in the same month, is regarded as unpropitious, the other being propitious. சூனியத்துவம், s. Vacuity, emptiness, &c.,--as சூனியம், 4, 5, 6, which see. சூனியநாள், s. An unpropitious day. See கிழமைச்சூனியம். சூனியமனை, s. Bewitched ground. சூனியமாதம், s. To be degenerate, to be ruined--as சுத் தசூனியமாய்ப்போய்விட்டான். சூனியவாதம், s. Atheism as a system, நாஸ்திகமதம். சூனியவாதி, s. An atheist. 2. (c.) As சூ னியக்காரன். சூனியவித்தை, s. [in cant, குழூஉக்குறி.] A tiger, புலி; குட்டிநரி, a young jackal; குள்ளநரி; a short jackal; பெருநரி, a tiger; குழிநரி, நுழைநரி, வளைநரி, a fox. நரிவாலைக்கொண்டோகிணறாழம்பார்க்கிறது. Can a well be fathomed with the tail of a jackal? இவனுக்குஅவன்நரிகாட்டுகிறான். He acts the fox toward him. எங்கும்நரிஓடுகிறது. It is over-run with jackals, i. e. desolate. நரிநிறமாயிருக்கிறான். In a ruined town the jackal is lord பெண்ணைப்பாழிலேதள்ளினேன். I have thrown my daughter into a desert; by an unhappy marriage. பாழிலே--பாழுக்கு. In vain, to no purpose. பாழுக்கிறைக்க, inf. To labor, or spend time in vain; (lit.) to water in vain. பாழ்க்கடிக்க, inf. [v. noun. பாழ்க்கடி ப்பு.] To desolate, devastate, to reduce to ruins, பாழ்படச்செய்ய. பாழ்ங்கிணறு, s.
