The husband's or wife's father; also his own brothers. மாமனார், s. [hon.] Father-in-law, as மாமன், 3. மாமன்முறையோன், s. The husband's or wife's father's brother. மாமி, s. [pl. மாமிமார்.] The paternal aunt, அத்தை. 2. The maternal uncle's wife, அம்மான்மனைவி. 3. The husband's or wife's mother; also applied to her sisters. மாமிக்கேற்றமருமகளில்லை.
