To twinkle the eyes naturally, or as a sign. சிமிட்டி, s. (fem.) An artful woman, a woman of loose character. (Rare.) சிமிட்டு, v. noun. Twinkling from weakness of the eyes, இமைப்பு. 2. A dexterous trick, unperceived motion, sleight of hand, &c., கைச்சிமிட்டு. 3. Unsubstantial or slight work, spuriousness, கள்ளவேலை. சிமிட்டுக்கண், s. Twinkling eyes. சிமிட்டுக்கண்ணன், s. A blinkard from weak eyes, &c. சிமிட்டுக்கள்ளி, s. As சிமிட்டி. (c.) சிமிட்டுப்பார்வை, s. Continual twinkling of the eyes. சிமிட்டுவித்தை, s. As சிமிட்டு, 2. சிமிட்டுவேலை, s.
