To pass over, to leap over, கடக்க. 4. to jump down, பாய. பிள்ளைகுப்புற்றுக்கொள்ளுகிறது. The child lies with the face downwards. குப்புறத்தள்ள, inf. To throw one down upon the face. குப்புறப்படுக்க--குப்புறக்கிடக்க, inf. To lie, or sleep, on the face. குப்புறப்பிடிக்க, inf. To hold--as an infant--with the face downwards. குப்புறவிழ-குப்புற்றுவிழ, inf. To trip and fall forward, to fall flat on the face --generally involuntarily. குப்புறவிழுந்துபடுத்துக்கொண்டான். To break out, as eruptions, &c., உண்டாக. 4. To start or jut out, rebound as a nail, protrude as a stone in a wall, புறத்திலு ருவ; [ex புறம்.] (c.) அவன்பயணம்புறப்பட்டுவிட்டான்.
