A seedy or stony fruit; any fruit the stones or seeds of which are large, or numerous, in proportion to the pulp. கொட்டைக்கச்சி--கொட்டைக்கையில், s. [prov. vul.] The half of a cocoanut shell. See கொட்டங்கைச்சி. கொட்டைக்குவிட, inf. To let a plant go to seed. கொட்டைச்செத்தல்--கொட்டைத்தேங் காய், s. [prov.] A dry cocoanut in which the kernel rattles, கொப்பரைத்தேங்காய். கொட்டைநூற்க, inf. tḷmpu (p. 229) கிறேன், தளம்பினேன், வேன், தளம்ப, v. n. To wabble, flap, fluctuate, as water in a moving vessel, அலம்ப. 2. To be unsteady as a water pot floating; to wabble, as a spinning top; to together, stagger with the weight of a load, to shake, as the top of a car when drawn; to move as drops of water on a leaf, தள்ளாட. 3.
