From continual walking the feet have grown callous. தோள்காய்ந்துப்போயிற்று. The shoulder is become callous by carrying, &c. காய்க்கும்பருவம், s. The period of yielding fruit. 2. Age of child-bearing. காய்த்தமரம், s. A tree that has borne fruit. 2. A tree loaded with fruit. காய்த்தமரங்கல்லெறியுண்ணும். Stones will be thrown at the tree which is loaded with fruit; i. e. parents and persons of wealth, influence and responsibility have many causes for vexation. காய்ப்பு, v. noun. Produce of a tree, &c., a crop of fruit or grain, காய்க்கை. 2. Callosity, callousness, thick skin, தடிப்பு. 3. A scar, தழும்பு. 92)
