It is said to lay its eggs in a crow's nest, and leave them to be hatched and the young reared. There are two species; the black and the striped; [ex குயில், to utter.] (See கருங்குயில், புள்ளிக் குயில், or வரிக்குயில்.) 3. A tube, pipe, a hollow cylinder, துளையுடைப்பொருள். அவள்பாடுகிறதுகுயில்கூவுகிறதுபோலிருக்கிறது.... She sings as a cuckoo. குயில்கூவ, inf. To sing, to warble--as the குயில். 2.
