Pure, simple, unadulterated, unalloyed, genuine, கலப் பில்லாத. 7. Deserted, forsaken, forlorn, helpless, ஏதுமற்ற. --Note. க், ச், த், ப், are doubled after தனி. (c.) தனிக்கடவுள், s. (c.) தனிப்பாட்டு, s. A single verse unconnected with a series, விடுபாட்டு. தனிப்பால், s. Pure, unadulterated milk. (c.) தனிப்புரக்க, inf. To reign alone, to be an autocrat, தனியரசாள. (p.) தனிப்புறம், s. A solitary place, or state. (c.) தனிப்பூடு, s. An onion, or other bulbous root not divided. தனிப்பெற, inf.
