[poet. நெய்யலி.] Rice boiled in ghee, &c. நெய்ச்சிக்கு, s. Indigestion caused by eating ghee, it adhering to the bowels. நெய்ச்சுண்டு, s. A small portion of ghee sticking to the pot. See சுண்டு. 2. A small vessel for measuring ghee. நெய்த்திரி, s. A wick inserted in ghee and burned in the temple, or waved for a light before the idol. நெய்த்துடுப்பு, s. A kind of spatula. See துடுப்பு. 2. (R.) A vessel for oil; used by torch bearers. நெய்பூசுதல், v. noun. Smearing a vessel with ghee and holding it in the fire for purification. (p.) நெய்ப்பற்று--நெய்ப்பிடி--நெய்ப்பிடி ப்பு. v. noun. Greasiness, stickiness of ghee, &c. 2. Being fat or corpulent, as a person. நெய்ப்பீர்க்கு, s. A creeping plant. See நுரைப்பீர்க்கு. நெய்மீன், s. A fish, Peixe serra. நெய்யாடுதல், v. noun.
