uẕṟṟu (p. 67) கிறேன், உழற்றினேன், வே ன், உழற்ற, v. a. To twist, whirl any thing about, சுழற்ற. 2. To move about the arms, or legs through pain, கைகாலுழற்ற. 3. [prov.] To pass time tediously, to get through an irksome duty, காலத்தைவருத்தத் தோடுகழிக்க. 4. v. n. To writhe through pain, வருந்திப்புரள. உழற்றிக்கழிக்க, inf. To pass in endurance. பூண்டவேலையையொருபடியுழற்றிக்கழித்துக்கொண் டேன். I have accomplished the unpleasant business in which I was engaged. சமுசாரத்தையுழற்றிக்கழிக்க. cuḷi (p. 198) க்கிறேன், த்தேன், ப்பேன், க்க, v. n. and v. a. To be angry, express anger by the features, words, &c., கோபக்குறிகாட்ட, (c.) அவன் முகஞ் சுளித்துக்கொண்டு திரிகிறான். tīṟṟu (p. 244) கிறேன், தீற்றினேன், வேன், தீற்ற, v. a. [vul. தீத்து.] To feed with the hand, to insert by small mouthfuls, ஊட்ட. 2. neruṭu (p. 280) s. Rubbing with the fingers, நிமிண்டுகை. 2. Rubbing or twisting two ends of yarn between the finger and thumb to join them, இழைப்பொருத்து. 3. muṟukku (p. 359) கிறேன், முறுக்கினேன், வேன், முறுக்க, v. n. To wrest, distort, pervert, twist; to twist a rope, திரிக்க. 2. To chafe the limbs of another to promote the circulation of blood, முறுக்கிப்பிடிக்க. 3. v. n. To be angry, to chafe, to be irritable, பிணங்க. (c.) ஏன்நீமுறுக்கிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறாய்.
