To be bewildered, confused. புத்திமழுக்கம்--புத்திமழுங்கல், புத்தி மாறாட்டம், v. noun. Impaired state of the understanding, derangement. புத்தியறிதல், v. noun. [sing. பள்ளன், fem. பள்ளி, பள்ளச்சி, பள்ளத்தி.] A low dependant caste employed in husbandry, &c., under their feudal lords, a peasant tribe dwelling in the south, supposed to be a change of மள்ளர். பள்ளர்சேரி--பள்ளச்சேரி, s.
